Nestled in the serene nature of Kitahira, near Lake Biwa, CASA OQUINO is a holistic healing salon run by a husband and wife team.

We offer a unique experience combining bodywork (Japanese-style manipulative therapy) and mental care (counseling and the law of attraction).

● Body Care by Hitoshi Okino

Fees

Initial Consultation: ¥2,200

Body Treatment (Adults): ¥8,800

Prices include tax. First-time clients are required to book an initial consultation.

Our treatment combines various techniques—including Judo therapy, chiropractic care,and other techniques to restore alignment and balance to the body.

We focus on three key pillars: skeletal structure, internal organs, and internal circulation. After identifying the root cause of your symptoms, we tailor the treatment to your specific condition. Even if symptoms appear the same, the approach may differ depending on your body’s needs at the time.

The first session lasts 90–120 minutes, and follow-up sessions are typically 60–90 minutes. We take time to listen carefully and assess your whole body before beginning treatment

●Mental Care Counseling by Yuko Okino (Japanese only)
First session: 11,000 yen (90 minutes)
After that: 8,800 yen (60 minutes)

Astrological reading (reservation required): An additional 4,400 yen on top of the counseling fee
A horoscope will be created based on your date of birth, place of birth, and time, and advice will be given.

Receive ¥3,300 off when you book this service together with a body treatment or consultation on the same day.

This therapy is based on the principles of vibrational medicine, using sound and frequency to support healing.

It can be applied to a wide range of issues—from physical trauma like fractures to emotional and mental imbalances.

Because the treatment involves only sound, it is especially recommended for those who prefer not to be physically touched.

Hitoshi Okino (Body care)

Born in January 1975 in Kyoto City. He spent his elementary, middle, and high school years playing baseball, and
was impressed by the chiropractic treatment he received at that time, which led him to aspire to become a therapist. He holds various related qualifications, including judo therapist, chiropractor, and NTA master instructor .

After graduating from university, he worked in sales at a pharmaceutical company-affiliated medical equipment trading company. He then went to a judo therapist school and obtained a national qualification. After eight years of training, he opened his own practice in Uzumasa, Kyoto in June 2012. In January 2023, he moved to Kitahira, Otsu City, and opened the chiropractic and counseling salon CASA OQUINO.

He uses chiropractic and NTA techniques, as well as his own unique methods to treat people of all ages, from children to the elderly and athletes. From muscle and skeletal problems to autonomic nerve problems and internal organ problems. He has also received many testimonials from people who have had problems that had not been cured for many years resolved and symptoms that had not improved no matter where they went, through treatments that take into account mental and other areas. 

He utilizes Cymatics, a rare sound and vibration therapy in the Kansai region, and various bioresonance machines that adjust the frequency. Every day, he pursues "what he can do to improve himself."

Yuko Okino (Mental Care)）

Born in January 1980 in Fukui City. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Kyoto University in 2002, and
obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kobe University Graduate School in 2014. JCDA career consultant and industrial counselor.

Started studying psychology and counseling after a problem she had as a student. After working at a cram school, she provided counseling to over 3,000 young people at a public job support site. She also handles business acquisition through planning proposals, seminars, and event management. Other personal activities include company training and courses, and university classes.

During her time as an employee, she practiced the "Law of the Universe" to adjust his state of mind, which dramatically changed her life. After retiring from work, she stayed in Barcelona, ​​returned to Japan, and got married. She gave birth in February 2024 at the age of 44. Based on counseling that is close to the client, she covers a wide range of fields from spirituality to psychology and business administration, and supports people who want to change, live comfortably, and get results. Her specialty is finding common ground between various things.

After meeting Okino Hitoshi, she learned that the state of the mind is closely related to physical symptoms, and as a counselor she began to support their clients in improving their condition.

    How many sessions do I need to feel better?
    A
    It depends on your symptoms and condition, so we cannot say exactly how many sessions you’ll need to “get cured.” However, many people feel some improvement after just one treatment.

    In most cases, continued sessions are beneficial, depending on your body’s needs.

    We do our best to explain your condition and possible treatment plan during your first visit.

    Please rest assured — we do not sell prepaid multi-session packages at our salon.
